Our card is rewarded to you, our loyal customer for continuously choosing us to be your preferred beauty specialists. The Loyalty Program is designed to help you get the most out of your experience, therefore please refer to our terms and conditions for complete details of the program. Please read them carefully as they are binding between you and 86 Beauty Lounge.
Membership is open to women only and is free of charge.
Applicable to residents of U.A.E and limited to individuals only.
Applicants must be 18+ years old.
All contact details MUST be valid and accurate

86 Beauty Lounge retains clients’ confidential information and no details will be shared with third party at any time.
You may cancel your membership at any time
Any unused points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed in case of membership cancellation.
Inactive cards will be deactivated after 12 months
Cards remain property of 86 Beauty Lounge and must be returned upon request.
Cards will be renewed automatically at the end of the year for active users.

Earn Points

Physical card must be presented upon payment in order to earn points.
Points earned on money spent on products and services upon checkout procedure.
Earn 5 points for every AED 100 on services and 1 point on every AED 100 spent on products
Points are earned on actual amounts spent regardless of original price during offers and discounts.

Redeeming Loyalty Points

A minimum of 100 points is required in your account balance to start redeeming.
Points are not redeemable for cash.
Points can only be redeemed on services.
Products are excluded from redemption Loyalty card cannot be transferred or used by anyone else.
Benefits pertaining to the Loyalty Program are subject to availability.
Points can be redeemed from Sunday to Tuesday ONLY
Points are not redeemable during public holidays
During service booking alert the receptionist on point redemption
Points will be expired after 12 months from the date of earning.

GIFT CARD

Dedicated to bringing personalized quality and affordable luxury to you. We at 86 Beauty Lounge is offering all monetary value of Salon Gift voucher available for purchase. We can tailor one to suit your budget.

Customer must contact the salon for a booking prior to redeem her service
Can only be redeemed at the salon
Our vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue.
They are non-refundable and no cash refunds apply.
If the treatment is higher than the value of the voucher then the Gift Voucher holder will be required to pay the difference.
Partial usage is permitted, and we are happy to carry forward the remaining unused voucher value for future use until the expiry date.
Vouchers are valid for all the services that the salon has to offer excluding retail products.
The voucher must be presented on day of use in the salon.
If you wish to call us, we can arrange a gift voucher over the telephone for you and arrange delivery to the recipient.
We accept all forms of payment

Refunds

Expired Gift Vouchers

All bookings/appointments are made between the Customer and the participating salon directly. 86 Beauty Lounge accepts no responsibility and will give no refunds in the event that the desired participating salon is unavailable on the desired dates. Attachments area
